Could Lindsay Lohan possibly be loving this any more? Fresh outta rehab, LiLo took her breast implants for a meeting in Santa Monica late yesterday. How many people glow in a parking garage? If you’re Lindsay Lohan and you’ve gone over a month without the paps following you, you’ve got to relish it. Soak it up. Indulge.

Aside from her boobs, Lindsay showed off her tangerine legs in her short black skirt and a pair of Romanesque sandals. Oh and the permanently broke starlet arrived in her black Mazerrati. Lohan was spotted driving around Los Angeles in the car at 1 a.m. this morning – though supposedly she just picked up a friend and went right back home.

Next up for Lohan? On the upside, her Machete co-stars are predicting the film will reignite her acting career. On the down side, a court date’s finally been set for the civil suit against Lindsay for hijacking a car (with three guys in it), running over a man’s foot, and engaging in a high speed, cocaine-fueled chase through the streets of L.A. The trial will begin on January 31st. Hopefully the Maserati will soon be the possession of one of the three men Lohan kidnapped.
