Congratulations are in order for Javier Bardem and Penélope Cruz. The sneaky pair got married early in July and managed to keep it a secret until now. The ceremony took place at a friend’s home in the Bahamas in front of a small group of friends and family. Cruz, 36, wore a John Galliano gown.

She and Javier Bardem, 41, have been dating since 2007 when they were in Woody Allen’s Vicky Cristina Barcelona – though they’ve been friends for 17 years. They met while shooting Jamon Jamon in 1992.  Not surprisingly, Life & Style claims Penelope is pregnant, though we once heard a rumor that people do get married for other reasons. Sometimes.
