The cast of MTV’s Jersey Shore rang the opening bell at the New York Stock Exchange in downtown Manhattan this morning. Why – besides their obviously huge following in financial circles, of course?  To promote the reality show’s second season premiere this Thursday. We don’t know how they were able to pull it off,  but the whole cast managed to get themselves out of bed and down to the NYSE at the relatively early hour of 9:30. The Situation, Ronnie Magro, Sammi Sweetheart, Angelina Pivarnak, Pauly D, Vinnie Guadagnino, and J-Woww and Angelina Pivarnak all showed up to help Snooki ring the opening bell.

By the way, the New York Stock Exchange has a very strict dress code – and the whole cast did a surprisingly good job of abiding by it. Really the only person who flagrantly violated the rules was Angelina Pivarnak with her sheer top that exposed her bra. And it’s unclear why she was even there, since she’s been replaced for the second season. Even Snooki managed to reign it in – unless orange is a violation.
