When you can’t afford to party and you’re legally not allowed to drink, how are you supposed to celebrate your birthday? Well if you’re Lindsay Lohan, you celebrate with a hearty dose of drama. There’s nothing you can wrap up in a box that LiLo would enjoy more than something ridiculous to Twitter about.

Lohan claims she was out at a club last night when a waitress just up and punched her in the face. “A waitress just hit me – punched me for no reason,” she wrote. Alright. Of course Linds didn’t bother to give any further explanation. A “witness” (who may well be one of Lindsay’s friends, so take this with a grain of salt) claims that Lohan was hanging out with Doug Reinhardt, who the waitress has a history with. And so she just came up to Lindsay and punched her. Doug, being the chivalrous sort (you’ve got to be , to earn the heart of Paris Hilton), didn’t want anything to do with the drama and immediately left. Lohan left the club too, but ran into the waitress later that night during a party at Rockstar House. According to Us Weekly, Lindsay started crying and ran out.

On Tuesday, Lohan has her next big court hearing to determine if she’s in compliance with her probation. When it rains it pours!
