CBS had their summer TCA party last night in Beverly Hills, where it must have been very warm. Not only the ladies showed off revealing outfits – the men did too. Or at least one man – Gossip Girl’s Ed Westwick. We’d have all sorts of snotty comments to make if a female celeb wore a shirt with that plunging neckline – so we don’t think it’s fair to spare Ed just because he’s more hairy than busty. Thank goodness he’s not both. Seriously though, what was the thought process here? “What complements maroon sneakers and too many bracelets? Oh right, acres of my luscious sweater fur.”

90210′s AnnaLynne McCord and Shenae Grimes were both looking even more pin-thin than usual, Ashley Tisdale was doing what she does best – just being there – and David Duchovny looked sorta sweaty and disheveled. But everyone, from B to Q list, managed to keep their chesty bits to themselves better than Ed Westwick.
