INF Daily found Bill Clinton out and about in Rhinebeck, New York this afternoon. The former president ate lunch at Gigi Tratorria and was practically mobbed by reporters and well-wishers. Daughter Chelsea’s wedding to Marc Mezvinsky is tomorrow in the Hudson Valley town, and the whole area is packed to the gills with press and photographers.

Twilight hottie Kellan Lutz stopped by luxury watchmaker TAG Heuer’s 150 year anniversary party last night and spent quite a while playing with their toys. The company teamed up with electric sports car manufacturers Tesla Motors to create a special roadster with a Heuer limited-edition one-fifth second stopwatch inside. Apparently that makes cute guys want to sit in the car, so we’re all for it. Lutz spent the evening signing autographs, chatting with partygoers, and looking fine. Not in that order.

Carrie Underwood performed on The Today Show this morning, and the highest-selling American Idol winner chatted about her 19-day-old marriage to hockey player Mike Fisher. Apparently the police in Seaside Heights, New Jersey agree with us: Snooki is criminally atrocious. She was arrested on the beach less than an hour ago and carted away by the cops. According to our sources Snooki’s being charged with disorderly conduct for drinking on the beach. We saw her pouring Coke into a funnel earlier today, but unless she’d already put something in the Coke bottle we didn’t actually catch Snooki with anything. We also noted she’s either wearing a thong or going commando. We saw a little more of her butt cheek situation than we needed as Snooki was being carted away.
