We’ve got video of Michael Lohan visiting Lindsay’s apartment with two L.A. County Sheriff’s officers this morning. The photographers ask him if he’s going to save Lindsay, if she’s got problems, etc. At one point he mentions that things have been serious "for a while now."

Michael is shown talking to people at the front desk for a few moments, then he goes to Lindsay’s apartment. Shortly after that he exits the building. A photographer asks him if Lindsay listened to him and Michael retorts, "Does she ever listen?" He didn’t say it angrily or surprised – just disappointed. But it sounds like he expected it. So why’d he bother?
