Heather Locklear has had another driving mishap. The headlines are big and scary. "Hit. And. Run." You assume hospitals and bleeding are involved, right? No. Heather hit a road sign that ironically said, "No Parking." Which she absolutely obeyed. She did not park there, but kept on going as the sign instructed her to. And went home. Now she’s being charged with hit-and-run for failing to report it. BUT THE SIGN TOLD HER TO KEEP GOING!

We don’t think Heather’s at fault. And at least one of us was sorta under the impression that a hit-and-run had to involve either another vehicle or another person. But it turns out a road sign can be the victim too. And justice must be sought. Locklear’s been arrested and charged with a misdemeanor, but wasn’t taken into custody. The system will fight for you, road sign!

Heather previously was arrested and charged with driving under the influence of prescription medications back in 2008. She spent some time in rehab shortly thereafter. While a road sign DUI doesn’t instantly make you think Locklear is up to no good, this did occur at 4 a.m. today. You know what they say… "nothing good happens after 2 a.m."
