GERARD BUTLER: EATING FOR 300

Everyone likes to let themselves go and over indulge a little bit during the holidays.

But looking at Hollywood hunk Gerard Butler’s flabby gut, this dude has been slacking on his diet for some time.

You don’t develop a paunch and man boobs like that overnight.

And he certainly didn’t look like that when he appeared as a buff gladiator in the movie ”300.”

So Gerard, if only to keep your female fans happy, hit the gym and keep off the burgers for a few weeks and those love-handles will disappear.

    STILL Sexy! I’d rather have a guy look normal like this than have an uncomfortable rock hard one. Guys that are always fit and working out are usually too full of themselves, I’d go for the way Gerard looks any day. Gerard looks very cuddly, exactly what women want!     He’s an actor who works out for roles. Apparently, he is not so insecure to feel the need to be in “movie star” shape in his personal life. BRAVO! This is a smart man. He works himself into good shape when he IS BEING PAID TO DO SO! Hell, I would stay on a diet if someone paid me.

    I wish everyone would give him a break. He works hard and seems earnest and I think he is a nice looking 40 year old. Not eveyone is 22 anymore.

    He looks atrocious – head to toe. There are regular “joes” on the street (that are his age) that look far better than he does, and they don’t have a sex symbol image to maintain. No one expects him to have the same body that he had in “Attila” but one would think that he would stay in decent shape for the sake of his own health and self esteem. His boyfriend must be embarrassed.

    Most of what have been written in response to Mr. Butler is B.S. If more women wanted a “regular” or “normal” looking guy, they would not being sitting alone in their apartments wishing and hoping. Most women have their dream list of what a man should look like and have. I know many men, who are “regular”/”normal” and by the way, great guys but can’t seem to catch a break. So, one has to ask; if Gerard was a blue collar sort of guy, would these same women say the same things. Probably not.

    Gerry is sexy, masculine, talented, funny and heterosexual. He doesn’t have to be in “300″ form every day of his life, any more than the rest of us would want to be. Training that hard takes a toll on the body. He eases up between roles. He’s not like Madonna who exercises 90 minutes every day of her life. I don’t know why people bash him so much. Jealousy would be my guess, because Gerry does have a devoted fan base. He is amazing, so I get why people love him.
