As the new season of The Bachelor hit TV screens across the US last night, we caught up with it’s hunky star, airline pilot Jake Pavelka doing what he likes best…pumping iron down his local gym.

We spotted buff Jake after he’d worked out for an our, pumping iron and getting in shape for the ladies who will be vying for his love.

Church-going Jake has been described on some internet blogs as ”boring,” which might be the case.

But with bulging biceps like that, who’s going to be the one to tell that to his face…??
