Having a dog is a huge responsibility.

And even big-time Hollywood stars have to ”scoop it when they poop it” or risk a heavy fine on the street of NYC.

That’s why, when we caught up with actress Sienna Miller out in Manhattan today, she made sure she didn’t get a ticket when she cleaned up after her pet pooch.

It’s nice to see she’s a responsible dog owner…or was it just because our cameras were watching her.
