And Kate wasn’t answering any questions about her soon-to-be ex-husband’s controversial love life…or her recent speeding fine.

Kate kept a stoney silence, prefering not to respond to hubby Jon’s public apology which he made in NYC last night.

He announced that he was sorry for his actions in recent weeks and was determined to be a good dad to his kids.

Meanwhile, Kate also refused to comment on a speeding fine she was handed by cops last week in PA.
