Grey’s Anatomy  actress Ellen Pompeo was out and about in a rainy LA yesterday, meeting with friends, before heading off to a yoga class.

Looks like the 39-year-old TV star is trying to get back into tip-top shape after giving birth to daughter, Stella Ivery, last month.

And if reports are true, she could be back on the Grey’s set very soon.
