No longer lighting up the red carpet in Cannes with his smouldering good looks, British actor Robert Pattinson was back to looking his usual scruffy self on the set of New Moon, part of the Twilight saga, in Montepulciano, Italy today.

We spotted Rob as he started back to work after hitting up events in France for a few days last week.

He will be filming in the beautiful Italian town for the next few days.
