We had the good fortune to spot Orlando Bloom in character on the set of his new movie Main Street, filming on location in Durham, North Carolina this afternoon.

Orlando Bloom plays Harris Parker in this film about a once thriving tobacco town that becomes rundown but eventually shook up when an outsider brings something new and potentially dangerous into the quiet town.

Ellen Burstyn joined Orlando on set today in while costumed in a white wig; the film will co-star Colin Firth, Patricia Clarkson, Amber Tamblyn and Andrew McCarthy.
