Kate Hudson is embracing the unseasonably warm weather the east coast is experiencing this week.  We spotted the actress with a big old smile on her face as she strolled through Manhattan with some friends this morning.  Of course Kate has reason to smile, she just turned 30 and she’s looking fantastic!
