DUH-DUH.  That was my attempt at putting into words the famous gavel noise from everyone’s favorite show, Law & Order.  This afternoon we spotted none other than Hilary Duff walking onto the set in New York City!  What could the Duff be up to?  You know that if she’s involved with SVU it can’t be good!  (I personally hope she’s some kind of sociopath that’s caught with weird fetish porn on her computer.)
