Actress Natasha Richardson has been hospitalized in Montreal after suffering a serious head injury in a skiing accident Monday.

Natasha’s husband Liam Neeson was in Toronto, Canada filming the movie Chloe when the accident happen.  Liam reported dropped everything and flew to be with Natasha in Montreal when he learned what happened.

A family member confirmed the accident, reports the Associated Press. "We know that she has had an accident but we really do not know any more details," said Kika Markham, who is married to Natasha’s uncle, Corin Redgrave. "We are very concerned."

Natasha and Liam were married in 1994 and have two sons, Michael, 13, and Daniel, 12.
