Hilary Duff made her way to the Great White North to be a special guest on MuchMusic’s MuchOnDemand program.  The Duff talked about the charity work she’s doing to help fight childhood hunger called Blessings in a Backpack; kids who receive most of their meals at school bring home a food filled back on Fridays (so they have enough to eat during the weekend) and then bring the empty pack back on Monday.  Hil recently installed the program in 5 Toronto schools.
