I guess Britney has really taken a liking to Miami.  The singer, who played a date in Miami over the weekend and visited a children’s hospital, returned on a private jet this afternoon with her family in tow.  We spotted Brit Brit exiting the pj with Jayden James on her hip while Jamie Spears followed behind.  Britney is looking pretty good these days, in shape and her hair is back!
