Holy 1989!  We spotted Whitney Port stalking the streets of Manhattan this afternoon in an outrageous white and cream ensemble. 

Whitney looked like she walked off the set off Dynasty with her giant sunglasses, giant scarf and very retro lace tights.  One has to wonder if the cab she is hailing will bring her to another store, her apartment or back in time, to a far off place where shoulder pads rule the kingdom.
