Rachel Bilson took a tour of the tents at Mercedes-Benz Fashion Week in Bryant Park this afternoon.  The petite actress wore some enormous heels as she strutted around in a gray and orange patchwork dress like a pretty scarecrow.

Although she is not wearing a ring, it is reported that Rachel and boyfriend Hayden Christensen are engaged! A friend of the couple tells People, "They’re so excited! They’re a great couple. Rachel seems thrilled beyond belief."
