PAM ANDERSON ATTEMPTS CONSERVATIVE LOOK FOR LUNCH DATE

Pamela Anderson kinda classed up as she went for lunch in Beverly Hills yesterday.  The bombshell dined at The Ivy with a suited up suitor as she tried to keep it modest in a sweater and long skirt; can Pam possibly keep it modest though?  I think she looks semi-presentable but there is something about fake boobs and bleach blonde hair that just really resist the conservative look!
