NICOLE AND BABY HARLOW CHECK OUT CHELSEA PIERS

What a cutie!

It’s not that often we see little Harlow Richie-Madden, especially on the East coast, so what a delight to see the little one out and about yesterday!  Harlow and her mom Nicole Richie took a break from New York Fashion week to check out the fun and games at Chelsea Piers.  Harlow was clearly bring her A game to fashion week in her brown polka dotted jacket and mary janes!

    It was nice to see Harlow’s dad at the Children’s event
    on Wednesday to help the Miracle childrens’ wish. Founded
    by George Clooney’s business partner Mr. Goodnov. Now that
    George has a new prodution company with Mr. Goodnov. It reminded me of the old days with Nicole and Mr Madden and
    their foundation. Just seeing how happy Harlow is she is
    such a treat to see her enjoy New York with her Mommy
