Mickey Rourke seems pretty pleased with himself as he rides down a Parisian escalator last night.

Dressed in a shiny blue suit and black and white leather shoes, Mickey was on hand for the Paris premiere of The Wrestler.  The comeback kid didn’t just have his cigarettes and his mustache to keep him warm though, Mickey was also joined by a young woman by the name of Celine who was wearing some semblance of a dress.  I can not wait to see what he shows up with at the Oscars!
