We spotted Katherine Heigl and Ellen Pompeo spending some quality time off-set yesterday afternoon.  The Grey’s Anatomy co-stars dined at Desert Rose in Los Feliz, Calif. for lunch. 

On tonight’s epie of Grey’s, fans will anxiously await how Derek (Patrick Dempsey) will pop the question to Meredith (Ellen Pomepo).  There is even supposed to be some Private Practice cross over action!  Check out a sneak peek below.
