We spotted Blake Lively and Penn Badgley breaking up their little love nest yesterday afternoon.  The Gossip Girl couple spent the weekend in a Midtown Manhattan Hotel in honor of Valentine’s Day and finally returned to reality yesterday. 

It looks like Blake and Penn lavished each other with gifts as they were carrying out bouquets of colorful roses and a large framed picture.  Penn’s really got his hands full, he’s totally the flower bitch.
