Heidi Klum somehow pull off the supermodel and super fun mom look at the same time.  We spotted the Project Runway host at a playground in Coldwater Canyon yesterday afternoon.  Heidi and her kids, Leni, Henry and Johan, took advantage of the slide and the jungle gym.  Later on, Henry even got to hitch a ride on mom’s shoulders!
