Katy Perry gave us a big smile and a wave in West Hollywood last night.  The singer dined with her boyfriend Travis McCoy at STK and then picked up their car from the valet.

Katy recently dispelled rumors that the two are engaged.  She took to her blog saying that they are not engaged but she does have a promise ring.  Travis told US Weekly in September, "I guess I’m kind of old school — it was a token of my affection and a way to show her that I wanted to take it to another level, not the next next level, but a level above where we are at."  Well, as long as you’re not at the "knocked up" level the rumors should die down.
