Whoa, Dakota Fanning is way grown up!  We spotted the actress in West Hollywood with her mother Joy this afternoon; the pair were shopping for dresses at Marc Jacobs.  Designer dresses and fancy hand bags?!  You’ve come a long way girl!  I dig Dakota’s style, it’s a bit like Jenny from Gossip Girl minus the overly razored hair and sloppy eye make up.
