New haircut alert!!  Lily Allen shows off a shorter ‘do in London yesterday.  The "smile" singer lopped off a significant amount of her dark hair and while i was a fan of her longer locks, I think this looks good too!  Lil accessorized her new look with a blue cardigan, a leopard print bag and unfortunately a cigarette!  Lily, we’d like you to try and cut that habit out please!
