We spotted Ed Westwick getting a touch up on set yesterday.  Ed’s character, Chuck Bass, has certainly gotten back into the swing of being mean again.  After a brief hiatus this week, Gossip Girl is all-new next week and we get to witness Chuck pulling Serena’s strings as she and Blair throw some punches at their Yale visit!
