A-ROD DIVORCE: CASE CLOSED

Alex Rodriguez and Cynthia Rodriguez have "amicably" settled their multi-million dollar divorce.

"Cynthia and Alex Rodriguez have amicably resolved their dissolution of marriage proceedings," said A-rod’s lawyer Alan Kruger. "They deliberately engaged in a private negotiation. This was and remains a personal family matter."

In her petition, Cynthia requested the couple’s $12 million waterfront estate in Coral Gables, Fla., and "equitable distribution" of all assets acquired during the marriage (Alex reportedly made $28 million this season).

She also demanded alimony and child support for their daughters, Natasha, 3, and Ella, five months, and enough to pay for private schools so she and their two daughters can maintain the "high standard of living" they’re used to.

Of course we all remember that Cynthia brought suit over A-rod’s alleged affairs, especially due to one highly suspicious friendship with Madonna.   So now that this chapter is over, A-Rod is free to openly date and impregnate whoever he wants, I can’t wait to see who gets a piece next.

I’m glad that this is all over. I hope that Alex and Cynthia remain friends for the sake of their daughters. Thanks for the pics.

He is a very nice looking man but he’s a adulterer. Maybe that’s part of what’s wrong with our society these days. We have no morals or integrity about whom we admire, it seems like any goes. We also pay people like them way too much money to do things that we ourselves would gladly do for free, if only we were talented enough to make a career out of it. I say this because it seems people like him and her(Madonna)feel that they are above morals and integrity and because we admire them so much, they must feel that they are able to act like this and their karma won’t come back to bite them both in the ass. And these people and others just like them will continue to exploit us as long as as we continue to worship at the alter of the rich and famous. We are such as escapist society. Will we ever learn?

I see what you’re saying, but on the other hand what are people really escaping when it comes to cheating celebrities? Every day people cheat, steal, have problems, divorce, etc…and apparently so do celebrities. I think an escapist society would be like America back in the 1950′s, where celebrities vices were well hidden from the public before the spread of paparatzzis, the internet and digital cameras.

There are so many ways on How to avoid power struggles. A-Rod should learn a few of the techniques. He is always in the media spot light for his behavior. I kinda feel bad for him. But then again he is the highest paid baseball player.
