Why so glum, Lil? We spotted a kind of sad-looking Lily Allen taking her dog Honey for a walk in the park. Although they were playing Lily seemed unenthusiastic about the whole thing with Honey doing most of the work. I don' know why Lily is so down, she should be almost done with her new album and I'm excited to hear it. Where's that party girl we know and love???

This was the same day, that Lily Allen had a bit of a boob slip 2x) which she laughed about, until she learned that people called it a publicity stunt, then she cried.
