He was trying to help his kid brother, maybe he thought if he talked to them they would clear out. The paps are ruthless, and people like Carl who don't know better...it probably won't happen again. Judging from the recent events/stories I say this is probably John's first relationship which won't follow the on again - off again pattern. There's no way these two can get back together ever.

This makes me see what went wrong in JA and JM relationship. One very private and one very open person can't last too much together. Plus the different stages in their lives. It's so simple and yet the media makes such a big deal of it. Pitty.

I think people's words are too dramatic here. I'm a hard-core JA fan. I think JM's brother intentions were good, but the jokes he made weren't that inspired. Some have a genuine sense of humour and some have to try hard. I think he tried too hard and he result wasn't so bright. But I don't think he was trying to talk bad about her. It looks more and more like Jennfier dumped John and this little video with them talking about how good John is to the paps looks like it could be the answer to why it didn't work. There are stories out there that she dumped him because he was giving too much info to the paps. This pretty much confirms it: a bitter nasty brother and the paps thanking him for being so good to them.
