Why are everyone and everything having to do with Gossip Girl absolutely adorable?  We spotted Taylor Momsen and Penn Badgley taking a break from shooting in Manhattan yesterday and Taylor had her arms full, juggling a cell phone, a drink and the cutest puppy in the entire world!  Judging from it’s white, fluffiness, I’m going to guess it’s a Maltese puppy who could totally give Penny (Blake’s dog) a run for her money!*  Cute pets, cute boys and cute clothes, sigh, the life of a Gossip Girl is something to lust after.
