Katherine Heigl looks like she’s reeaally enjoying that cigarette.  The Grey’s Anatomy star spent a very leisurely afternoon at the Regent Beverly Wilshare hotel yesterday with her pack of American Spirits and big old Bloody Mary.  Seriously, the look on her face says "I know you can see me puffing away and I just don’t give a f–k".  I know I wouldn’t mind taking this blog outside and accompanying it with a mimosa, but alas Monday afternoon leisure is only reserved for the famous people.
