Gwen Stefani seems to get bigger and lovelier by the day!  The mom-to-be was spotted out in London with husband Gavin and their son Kingston.  Gwen looked fantastic in a multi print dress and some gold sandals.  Given how far along she is, might it be possible that Gwen will have her baby in London?  I really can’t imagine getting on plane in that condition and going allll the way back to Los Angeles but when you’re famous, everything is more comfortable!
