Ah, to be a celebrity would be such a sweet life…rolling out of bed whenever you feel like, throwing on your latest frock and going for brunch all the time.  We spotted Kate Hudson going for a stroll in NYC this morning, sipping on some coffee, eating what I presume to be oatmeal and looking oh-so-casj while she’s at it!  Kate was probably taking a day off from filming her latest project Bride Wars, which is set to be released some time next year.
