Once the blonde wig goes on, Hannah comes out!  We spotted Miley in costume and character on the set of The Hannah Montana movie yesterday, along with her co-stars Emily Osment and Vanessa Williams.   I can’t believe they gave Vanessa Williams a part in this, isn’t she a bit evil?  Ok, we know she’s not, it’s just hard to shake that scheming Wihelmenia vibe she’s earned herself on Ugly Betty!
