We spotted Jay-Z on the streets of Manhattan yesterday and boy did he look happy!  We’re guessing it might have something to do with his unofficially wedding to Beyonce over the weekend.  The couple have not yet confirmed the marriage and Jay-Z was not wearing a wedding band but Mary J. Blige wished them congratulations at her concert on Saturday, so we’re presuming they’re hitched.
