First she made an appearance on TRL, even rapping with Nelly and then spent 5 hours (!) shopping at Barneys! All this and a new clothing line too, looks like Lauren's nemesis ain't doin' too bad for herself. Meanwhile, boyfriend Spencer trails behind...guess he's parlaying his reality tv skills into becoming Heidi's bag boy.
