Cranky Pants Alba celebrated the upcoming birth of she and Cash Warren’s new baby with a shower at the Ever After tea house in Los Angeles yesterday.  Tons of stars Kim Kardashian showed up to help Jessica celebrate the new life; I’m guessing Kim did most of the celebrating for her.  Jess is set to pop around late May/early June.
