It was a rainy, rainy day in New York City yesterday, but that didn’t stop Vanessa Hudgens from venturing out.  We spotted Vanessa under her huge umbrella (ella, ella, ella) dodging the rain and getting some shopping done at super trendy boutique Scoop.  It also looks like she’s got a new ‘do, we approve!
