Someone Give Nicky Hilton a Sandwich

We spotted Nicky Hilton arriving with David Katzenberg at L.A. fashion week.  The young heiress is looking beyond thin these days, I’m not sure she wouldn’t disappear if she turned to the side.  Maybe Nicky should take a cue from her old friend Nicole and put on some pounds, but instead of getting pregnant she could just have a food baby instead!

    I totally noticed this lately? WTF? She was always on the thin side but she at least looked healthy. This is ridic.
