We spotted birthday girl Katharine McPhee celebrating the big 2-4 with hubby Nicholas Cokas.  The two enjoyed some hot dogs from Carney’s Express in Studio City, Calif.  Katherine just signed a 2-year contract to be the new face of Neutrogena!
