We spotted Rachel Bilson in freezing cold NYC today.  Rachel is here to promote her new action flick Jumper.  Even though it felt like the wind could rip your skin off, Rachel still stopped to sign autographs for fans, looking really cute while she’s at it.  I’m always impressed by women who look graceful despite crappy weather, I tend to look like an overweight bag lady in the winter!
