We spotted Jessica sans boyfriend Tony Romo leaving Kumo restaurant in WeHo last night.  Jess looks kinda bumed that Tony’s not there…but wait, she flashes a smile! Maybe her giant hobo bag and hula hoop earrings are enough company for her.
