Eva Mendes in Rehab

TMZ is reporting that Eva Mendes has been at Cirque Lodge for several weeks now.  The Utah  treatment facility is the same place that housed Lindsay Lohan and other stars who were seeking rehabilitation for substance abuse.
Damn girl, I have to say I really didn’t see that coming…but good for you getting help.  Good luck Eva!
