We spotted G.Q. cover hottie Rachel Bilson getting some grocery shopping done in Los Feliz, California yesterday.  She’s got her carrots and her organic milk, what a healthy gal!  Maybe she bought all those groceries so she can cook up some dinner for Hayden.
